VBA EMULATOR SHORTCUTS MAC WINDOW MODE PATCH
Breath of the Wild with 60 Hz patch in Cemu.60 Hz games in other emulators look fine on the 240 Hz display in 240 Hz mode.Setting the 240 Hz display to 60 Hz mode in Windows settings makes the emulated game look good.Drag back to the 240 Hz monitor, choppy choppy. If I drag the Visual Boy Advance window over to my 60 Hz secondary monitor, it looks great.Game looks like it's running at about 30 fps on a 240 Hz display.Game looks like it's running at fully smooth 60 fps on a high refresh rate (240 Hz) display. I don't know how cumbersome it would be to achieve this, but this would be an amazing feature. That way, one could use the fullscreen features of the window managers, but still achieve a smaller looking game that is easier on the eyes. That's why it would be very need to have a 'resize by padding' mode, where the scaled resizes under Options > Video > Scaled resizes are achieved using "internal window" padding (with black background), instead of resizing the whole window itself. It's just that I want the game itself to be smaller. The problem is this: when playing games with this emulator, I don't mind it being fullscreen. I suppose other window managers also behave in a similar way. This is to avoid having to manually resize windows yourself all the time. I use the dwm window manager, which forces windows to either take up the whole screen or only a specific part of the screen. I don't know whether this feature is implemented and I just can't find it, but it's not in the emulator.

Version of code (pre-built binary version, or commit ref, or just "master"): If using Linux, specify if using xorg or Wayland: Operating System (Windows, Mac, Linux (state distribution), etc.): Operating System (Windows, Mac, Linux (state distribution), etc.): macOS Big Sur 11.5.2 If you are using a BIOS file, please say which one. I don't think that it depends on the game. Include screenshots of ROM Information (File > ROM Information): I wouldn't know, though I don't think that it depends on the game. Which games, if any, are NOT affected by the issue (please state if GBA or GB game): I have tried it with six different PAL/Europe GBA ROMs, but it's not ROM-related: it's the menu.
